Specialist Podiatrist – Full Time

There is an exciting opportunity to join our Team at Eclipse Foot Clinic in Hampshire, an Award-Winning practice and one of the county’s World-Class Podiatry clinics where our outcomes are awesome, patient satisfaction is awesome and Team happiness is awesome!!
- We are looking for a Podiatrist, either a new graduate or experienced clinician to become part of our Team. You must be HCPC registered and have a BSc Degree in Podiatry. Summer 202 Graduates are welcome to apply!
- The role will encompass general foot care, exposure to MSK Assessment and treatment, custom orthoses provision, use of Shockwave Therapy, Swift Verruca Treatment, Laser therapy, nail surgery and other aspects of routine Podiatry Care
- If you are a NEW GRADUATE: we have an Internship programme, which builds your core skills as a Podiatrist. As part of this, you will have your own clinical caseload, mentorship and development, plus shadowing opportunities with Consultants
- Full training will be provided on all of our systems, treatments and protocols. We have a very structured on-boarding process for all of our new Team members and you will have a structured mentoring plan
- The role has several options: either full or part-time in our Winchester clinic. It’s an exciting time of expansion for us, as our NEW clinic in Winchester has all the latest equipment and facillities to offer our World-Class Podiatry care

- Your salary will be between £35,000 and £65,000 based on target earnings, performance and skillset.
- You will receive an annual CPD allowance. This will be used for your development, based on our 1-2-1s, your interests and our needs
- You will recieve 25 Days per year annual leave (20 days if you work a 4 day week) PLUS bank holidays PLUS you always have your birthday off!
- Flexible working: we typically work a 4 day week, with full time salary and hours spread across the 4 days
- NO WEEKEND WORKING!! We don’t want to do this…

At Eclipse, we work at the top end of the Podiatry spectrum: video gait analysis, steroid injections, Ultrasound scanning, Shockwave Therapy, Swift verruca treatment etc. to ensure we provide everything possible within our scope of practice.
- No security compared to my NHS job. I believe we have more security. We have been established for over 13 years and continue to grow year on year. We develop new ways of working rapidly to address issues that arise and continue to invest in our equipment, premises and team training to provide our World-Class service.
- I’ve had bad experiences of ‘bosses’. We don’t have bosses at Eclipse. We have a leadership team and really fantastic culture, which encourages thinking outside of the box, rewards hard work and recognises achievements.
Things we require from you:

- Practical experience would be nice but not essential
