Testimonials and Feedback from Our Clients
We welcome both good and bad feedback. If on one occasion we haven’t lived up to expectations, we want to learn from that experience and improve our service so that it doesn’t happen again.
While we think that we do an epic job for all of our clients, it’s fantastic to have that confirmed by the feedback we get. We’ve shown all of the comments from the last month below.
On time, very friendly service, everything explained to me
I saw Mr Peter Williams, who was very thorough and knowledgeable. He spent a good amount of time with me, discussing the injury, then examining my foot and observing me move, and proposing a way forward. I had good confidence in his assessment. Everyone else at the clinic was also very friendly and helpful.
Very friendly , helpful and informative
Excellent treatment of my foot.
Very helpful and friendly
I felt that I had a thorough professional assessment without any renumerectomies being suggested.
Very helpful consultation, helpful phone service too – also felt consultant wasn’t trying to push treatments for sake of it which is good

Louise and the team at Eclipse were delightful. Patient to explain and help me understand the best way forward with my condition.
The lovely lady I saw, Louise, was very professional and friendly, giving me very helpful advice and information. I came away very reassured and pleased with my care. I would definitely recommend this foot clinic to anyone. It was extremely clean, professional and a very friendly atmosphere.
Peter is clear in his advice, careful in his assessment of the problem and gives me confidence that he can help solve a painful problem
