What should you expect when you visit Eclipse?
When you arrive, you will recieve a warm welcome from our reception team! Claire, Kathy and Allie are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful if you have any questions.
Bespoke Clinical Space
You will be greeted by your Podiatrist at our reception area and taken through to one of our bespoke clinical rooms. These have been designed specifically to enable our team to assess and treat our clients in comfort.
A Thorough Assessment
During your initial 9-Step consultation, your Podiatrist will find out:
- the history of your foot problem
- what it is affecting
- why it might be happening
Only then do we effectively explain our findings in a clear, jargon-free way so you understand what your treatment options are.
A Plan of Action
We will only offer interventions that have been tried, tested and audited (our Proven Processes) and/or are evidence-based. We will design the most appropriate plan for your foot complaint.
Our Proven Processes mean that we know what should be the most successful treatment option for a given condition, ensuring we get your feet feeling tip-top in the shortest amount of time. These have all been audited in-house to prove their effectiveness.
